The difference between hot pressed nuts, hot melt nuts, in-mold injection nuts and threaded nuts

Hot-pressed nuts and hot-melt nuts are just called different things. They both use a soldering iron to penetrate the nut and press the nut into the injection molded part (the plastic part is partially melted through heat transfer through the nut). This kind of nut is usually made into a mesh. The plastic parts cannot be pulled out after being pressed into the plastic parts. When in-mold injection molding of nuts is performed, the nuts are first installed on the mold, and then the product is injection molded. In this type of injection molded product, an annular groove is cut on the outside of the screw, and the surface is rolled with straight lines or textures. The textured nut is a nut surface rolled into a mesh pattern, so that the nut will not rotate in the injection molded part and is relatively strong. There are three ways to thread the injection molded parts. One is to make it directly through the mold, which is more complicated. One is to tap out the injection molded parts after they come out, and the other is to make them through insert nuts, that is, hot pressed nuts or in-mold injection nuts.
